Paul joined Tennants in 2016 and is responsible for the overall guest and visitor experience, working alongside his fellow directors to ensure that everyone receives a warm welcome and positive experience when visiting us. Paul’s role includes overseeing our hospitality team and overall responsibility for health & safety and compliance.

Paul has worked in hospitality for over 20 years and prior to joining Tennants was General Manager of one of the UK’s leading boutique hotels, in Rutland, England’s smallest county.
